Metal Deck Roll Forming Machine

The machine adopts coiled metal steel strip as raw material, which is uncoiled, continuously rolled and cold-formed, and automatically cut to length to produce plates of specific shapes and specifications. The whole machine adopts PLC control and AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology to realize continuous automatic production. It is an ideal production equipment for steel structure and metal cold bending processing industries.

The entire line of the frequency converter is controlled by imported PLC, and the touch screen is used for the man-machine interface to realize the interaction between human and PLC. Through it, the operator issues instructions to the PLC and monitors the control process, so that the operator can control the production line and modify the control parameters, and can monitor the equipment running status, operating parameters and fault indications in real time. The length of the part is set digitally, and the length of the part can be adjusted. Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and fault indication. There are two modes of operation: manual/automatic. With manual and automatic switching functions: in the manual state, it can be operated as a stand-alone machine, which is convenient for maintenance; in the automatic state, the whole line of production runs and starts in sequence; the whole line has an emergency stop button, which is easy to handle emergency accidents and ensure equipment and operators Safety. Except for the power cord, all signal lines are connected by aviation plugs, which reduces wiring time, avoids wiring errors, and greatly improves the aesthetics.
